HRIS Administrator
Location: Midtown ATL
Position Type: Direct-Hire
Key Responsibilities:
ADP Employee Portal Implementation:
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to configure and optimize the ADP Employee Portal to align with organizational needs and enhance the employee experience.
Data Validation & Integration:
- Collect, cleanse, and validate HR data for integration into ADP. Partner with internal teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity before migration.
System Integrations:
- Support the integration of ADP with other HR and business systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, time, and attendance). Ensure seamless data exchanges between systems and troubleshoot any issues as they arise.
Go-Live Support:
- Assist the HRIS team during the go-live phase, ensuring all configurations and customizations function as expected. Provide immediate support to address any issues during launch.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, data validation processes, and integration workflows. Provide regular project updates to HR leadership.
User Training & Support:
- Assist in training HR and end-user teams on the ADP Employee Portal and integrated systems, and provide ongoing support to address any user questions or concerns post-launch
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements. Work with stakeholders to keep the HRIS platform updated and aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience with HRIS systems, especially ADP and Workday.
- Strong understanding of HRIS processes, data management, and system integration.
- Proven experience with system implementations, data migrations, or integrations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and familiarity with SQL or similar query languages is a plus.
- Experience with ADP Employee Portal, Workday, and other HRIS modules preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills, with high attention to detail in data validation and system configuration.
- Effective communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP) is a plus.
- Previous experience supporting system go-lives and integrations.
